Villoslada de la Trinidad

The shrine of San Miguel de Párraces in Villoslada is an example of pure Romanesque and its ashlar construction, possibly dating to the thirteenth century, is one of the rare examples from this period that has been preserved in this area. The shrine has a single nave with a semi-circular apse with a blind central window, framed by columns ending in foliate capitals and modillions in the cornice. It has a bell tower and a portico with four wide arches resting on pairs of joined columns carved from a single block. The capitals are coarsely carved.
